The owner of the beauty and hairdressing school Rever Academy, Riva Tamara revealed that the beauty trend in 2019 will be dominated by cold colors. The makeup appearance will look simpler than the previous year.

"Shimmer, metallic and eye makeup that extends outwards. Glitter is still being used so the face will look shiny" said the woman who is also Managing Director of Rever Academy at Art de Beaute at Pakuwon Mall, Surabaya, Sunday, September 30th 2018.

Makeup artist who also teaches at the Rever Academy beauty school for this advanced class also added the shimmery trend seen from the increasing number of highlighter products. Some products like eyeshdow and even lipstick now appear with shimmer or sparkling effects.
