New innovation from Microsoft, it will add AI system to Microsoft Word

News24xx.com - Microsoft has a new feature for the Word application, which adds an artificial intelligence feature aka AI. This feature serves as a reminder for Word users, such as making a list of things to do, also making it easier to collaborate with other users which using the same file.

According to Microsoft, the to-do feature is made so that users can easily continue their work in Word, or mark the last part the user did in a Word file. The trick is to type "" or "TODO: finish this section," and Word will recognize the part, and automatically create a to-do list for the user.

The list will be shown to the user when they open the document again, and the user can immediately find the section just by clicking on the to-do list, quoted from Slashgear, Thursday, November 8th 2018.

Then there is another feature to 'call' other users to work on a part of the document. The trick is to type @mention on the document, then Word will send a notification to the contact whose name is called and bring them to the part of the document that has been marked.
