News24xx.com -  A British woman who was paralyzed after being thrown from her new bed during sex lost a compensation claim. Claire Busby, 46, suffered a spinal cord injury when she fell from a king-size bed with her head first, after changing the positions with her partner, John Marshall.

According to her, the defective products that sold by the Berkshire Bed Company, the manufacturer of the Are Uzzz case, are to blame.

But the judge in the High Court said the case was a tragic accident. And according to Judge Barry Cotter, the bed was not disabled, and the lawsuit filed by Claire Busby was rejected.

In a previous trial, the woman from the city of Maidenhead, Berkshire, said she had sex with her partner, John Marshall, a week after a new bed was delivered.

"I put my hand and then I felt like I was thrown from behind," he said.

"I fell to the side and heard what felt like a spring all over my body seemed broken".

Busby claimed that the two cots that became the bedrock were not tightened properly and a number of mattress supports were missing. Even though she initially thought lightly, his partner John Marshall suffered a bad disturbance due to the incident.

Busby claimed the couch was not properly assembled when delivered to his home in August 2013, but the claim was rejected by the attorney of the bed maker company.
