A man stabbing his wife and her mum to death after they discovered he had a secret second family in Afghanistan

News24xx.com - Tragic, after stabbing his wife and his mother in-law to death, a man has pleaded guilty. Before the incident, they discovered that he had a secret second family in Afghanistan.  The cruel man named Janbaz Tarin, 21, has admitted to murdering his wife, Raneem Oudeh, 22, and her mother Khaola Saleem outside their family home in Solihull on 27 August. 

Raneem left her husband and her three children in the weeks before her death after learning that her husband had secret wife who was pregnant with a fourth child in Afghanistan. 

Tarin armed himself with a knife after a public row with Raneem, who dumped him when she found out he had another wife who was expecting their fourth child. 

Khaola was killed as she tried to save her daughter. 

After killed his wife and his mother in-law, he then fled. But, polise arrested him three days later. He was captured on CCTV fleeing on foot and hid from police for three days.

The head of West Midlands Police’s CID described the crime as ‘one of the most brutal and heart-rending’ he had seen in 150 homicides.  Raneem had fled the war in Syria and was in the UK to be reunited with her mother and stepfather, who had lived in Solihull for 16 years. 

He has since been given life in jail with a minimum of 32 years.
