News24xx.com -  According AFP, a model tells about her life story that is far from the word glamor. 

She said, many models only get a little paid, even must in debt to the agency. 

"It's impossible to talk about it because in this industry, many woman only want to work with 'successful' women," said the model known as Clara, in an interview with AFP.

The model who worked for Prada, Rick Owens and Comme des Garcons, claimed that she had burdened with a lot of debt to her agency based in New York and Paris. 

She is not alone, because there are many models that have the same fate. Other models claim that they are often paid not with money, but only with clothes and bags. And they only received cash payments for shooting fashion magazines.

Clara told that she had been riding a car with a her friend who also work as a model. She said that the car was provided by the agency. Later, she found out that they had to pay for the rental car. 

"I just found out that I should paid 300 euros per day for the driver," Clara said, as quoted by The Guardian.

Some models from other countries also have to pay for their own apartment rent, even though it has been provided by the agency. 

"I still have debts with my agency in Paris and New York even though there have been many jobs that I have received through them," she said.
