Turns out, women prefers to have men with beard to build a long term relationship

News24xx.com - At first glance, it does sound absurd when turning it turns out to be related with the length of the relationship. However, the latest research proves this scientifically. The new study from the University of Queensland, Australia analyzed women's interest through a male masculine face marked by a beard or hair that grew on the cheeks and chin.

The study was attended by more than 8 thousand female participants who assessed various men's faces, ranging from very masculine to feminine. Each face is manipulated to show various levels of hair, from the thick to the clean.

The women were asked to sort the man's faces in terms of attractiveness, and choose between short-term relationships, and long-term relationships. This study found that beard is considered the masculine side of a man.

As a result, the majority of women are significantly attracted to bearded men to establish long-term relationships because they are considered to provide direct benefits to women. "Feminine faces are less attractive than faces that have beards, sideburns, and beards" the study wrote, as quoted from Metro.co.uk.
