2.      Energy Drink

If you want to be healthy, avoid drinking energy drink from now on. Most energy drinks contain 30 grams sugar and many stimulant substances. Usually, it contains the mix of caffeine, taurine, ginseng and L-carnitine, all of them in high proportion. This drink can cause dehydration, unstable mood, lack of hunger and lack of sleepiness.

3.      Trans Fat

Trans fat is often used in foods that can be kept longer because the fat makes it more durable. It is made from an industrial process which adds hydrogen to liquid vegetable oil to make it more solid. Avoid anything with the warning “partially hydrogenated oil”. Trans fat can increase the risk of stroke, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

4.      Food Coloring

Food coloring can be found in cereals, pudding, cakes and other snacks. But actually food coloring has been banned on several countries because of its danger. If consumed too much by children, it can cause ADHD, which makes it difficult to pay attention and control impulsive behavior. For adult, it can trigger allergies and other dangerous diseases.

5.      Processed Meat

Meat that has not been processed is nutritious, but not so with processed meat. According to a study done by Harvard School of Public Health, processed meat like sausages, nuggets, and burgers can increase the risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
