Former of beauty queen was sentenced after killed her husband 14 years ago

News24xx.com -  Aurea Vasquez Rijos was sentenced to life imprisonment on charges of hiring a hitman who pretended to be a robber to kill her husband, Adam Anhang. 

As quoted by the BBC, Adam is a wealthy man who have real estate business. And he also made millions of dollars from online games.

Involvement of Aurea in the murder of her husband was revealed after 14 years had passed from a robbery that caused Adam to die. 

In September 2005 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Adam, 32, was killed after being stabbed by a man who tried to rob him. When the robbery that killed Adam happened, Aurea was with her husband. She also suffered injuries due to the action of the robber. 

Initially, her involvement in Adam's murder was unknown. But then an eyewitness revealed that Aurea was talking to the murderer before the unfortunate event occurred. Three weeks after Adam's death, police arrested a man who worked as a dishwasher in a restaurant called Jonathan Roman Rivera. 

Roman was sentenced to 105 years in prison. 

But after an eyewitness confessed to seeing Aurea talking to Roman before the robbery occurred, the FBI conducted another investigation and it was revealed that the former of beauty queen had planned about the murder.

Aurea told Roman to pretend to carry out a robbery when he and Adam were together. Roman was paid USD 3 million to carry out the robbery and murder. 

Aurea did that nasty thing to her husband whose had property about USD 24 million.
