Riau Governor was given a chance to give presentation in front of Triawan Munaf

News24xx.com -  Riau Governor, Syamsuar, was given a chance to give presentation about the support from regional government in the development of creative economy, right in front of the Head of Agency of Creative Economy (Bekraf) Triawan Munaf, on Monday, July 15th.

“I was asked directly by the Head of Bekraf to give presentation about the support from regional government in developing creative economy. There were 2 governors, the Riau Governor and West Java Governor,” Syamsuar said.

Among the things that he talked about was the Regional Regulation (Perda) number 12 about the Protection and Development of Regional Creative Economy, which was released since 2015. He also talked about Creative Economy Management Agency, which will facilitate the creative economy in Riau.

Ever since the Presidential Regulation in 2015 about Agency of Creative Economy, Riau Provincial Government has tried to do their best in developing creative economy in all of the local areas.

Bekraf itself has 16 sub-sectors: Application and Development, Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Product Design, Fashion, Film, Video and Animation, Photography, Craft, Food, Music, Advertisement, Performing Art, Fine Art, Publishing, Television and Radio.
