The regional budget of Meranti Islands Regency in 2020 is predicted to decrease

News24xx.com -  The regional budget (APBD) of Meranti Islands Regency in 2020 is predicted to decrease. It is reported that the decrease is around IDR 200 billion.

Head of Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation, Hambali said that this year, the regional budget reaches IDR 1,4 trillion. Next year, it is predicted to decrease to IDR 1,2 billion.

“Next year, our APBD will decrease as much as 200 billion Rupiah. So we hope that all OPD (Regional Device Organization) propose only the programs that are truly important,” he said.

He said that all the programs that are proposed by OPD will be evaluated thoroughly. They will only approve programs that are in line with the vision and mission of the region.
