Prestige Motorcars promised to officially introduce Tesla Model 3 to the Indonesian market

News24xx.com -  Prestige Motorcars President Director Rudy Salim promised to officially introduce Tesla’s most affordable family saloon, Tesla Model 3, to the Indonesian market by the end of August 2019.

Rudy also promised an affordable price tag for the Model 3 compared to its sibling models; the Model S and Model X which are already available with a price hovering above Rp2 billion.

“The Tesla Model 3 is a small saloon. The price will stay above Rp1 billion but the official sticker price has yet been formulated and is still being discussed,” said Rudy to Tempo on Friday, August 9.

According to company claims, the Tesla Model 3 will be able to cover a distance up to 410 kilometers in one full charge, which will roughly cost no more than Rp80,000 (just below USD 6) for a single charge.

The Tesla Model 3 that is set to be introduced in Indonesia is highly likely the type and model sold in the Chinese market; Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus.
