2057/5000 Siak Regency Government Initiates 'Kito Siak' Ekraf Forum

News24xx.com - To develop the creative economy business, the Siak Regency Government (Pemkab) through the Siak Disparekraf immediately formed the Creative Economy Forum.

That was explained by the Head of Disparekraf Siak, Fauzi Asni in the meeting to form the Creative Economy Forum.

"The formation of the Creative Economy Forum began with the Siak Regency Government meeting with the Bandung City Creative Forum (BCCF) a few years ago, and also the direction of the Governor of Riau Syamsuar," explained Fauzi Asni.

This forum, will later be made up of members of the community in the State of the East Sun Palace, and will be directed by the local government.

Responding to the explanation from the Head of Siak Disparekraf, Siddakab Siak, TS Hamzah said, BCCF had repeatedly come to Siak, and they said Siak had great potential to develop creative Siak children in various fields.

"Therefore, it is very unfortunate if this potential exists, we will not develop and make the best use of it," said Hamzah, Friday, August 23, 2019.

To form the Creative Economy forum, Hamzah continued, clearly there are several steps that must be done first.

"The most important step is, we must first create an organizational structure, the decree of which is signed by the Regent of Siak," he explained.

In addition, continued the Sekdakab, continued with the election of forum members, which will be collaborated between communities in Siak and the regional government.

"In the selection of forum members, I hope that someone who is truly creative is chosen, willing to learn and work together. So that the purpose of this forum will be felt by the Siak community," Hamzah hoped.

In this meeting, it was agreed that the name of the Creative Economy Forum in Siak Regency was 'KITO SIAK' which was interpreted as Solidarity of Action and Creative Ideas). This name is taken from the local language as a Malay, so do not use English.
