News24xx.com - The climate change that is happening all over the hemisphere is increasingly frightening. And this has a devastating impact on climate change in South Asia, the home to one-fifth of the world's population.

It is feared, this continent can not be inhabited in the next century. The concern stems from a deadly heat wave that is increasingly occurring in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other parts of South Asia.

In fact, this region is home to about 1.5 billion people. Watersheds, such as the Indus River and Ganges River, are expected to be affected.

The study that published in the journal Science Advance, claims using detailed computer simulations using top-notch global circulation models to show areas vulnerable to climate change due to carbon emissions.

Researchers from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Loyola Marymount University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology also base their analysis on studies that show a combination of high temperature and high humidity.

According to the study, temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius will prevent the body cooling itself so that it can kill humans within hours.

A fatal heat wave has occurred in South Asia in 2015. About 3,500 people died from one of the recorded heat waves in Asia and Pakistan.

Other studies have found that rising temperatures in India are responsible for suicides of about 60,000 farmers in the last 30 years.
