Bengkalis will be Blackout

The National Electricity Company (PLN) said it would undertake maintenance or repair work on the 20,000-volt Medium Electricity Network (JLTM). With these improvements, PLN will conduct temporary grow-out. This was stated by Managing the Customer Service Unit of the PLN Persero Bengkalis branch, Hasdedy to a number of journalists, Thursday 12 September 2019.

"Network maintenance work is also carried out there is a replacement of porous electricity poles and changes in JTM construction. We convey to PLN customers in order to improve service quality and anticipate greater disruptions, then we inform you that temporary electricity outages will occur," said Hasdedy.

He stated, the temporary blackout was due to network maintenance work and work locations including, at the intersection of 5 Pedekik, Pangkalan Batang, Bengkalis District.

"The work began on Saturday, September 14, 2019 and the temporary blackout was around 09.00 to 12.00 WIB," he said again.
