Bengkalis Drug Unit Arrested Six Drug Offenders in Duri

BENGKALIS- The Bengkalis Police Narcotics Team arrested three drug offenders while gathering at a house on Jalan Melati, Duri Barat Village, Mandau, Bengkalis. This arrest is the development of the arrest of three other suspects.

AKBP Bengkalis Police Chief Sigit Adiwuryanto, through the Narcotics Unit AKP Syahrizal explained that this arrest was the development of the arrest of three residents of Balik Alam Duri sub-district.

Previously at 16.00 West Indonesia Time the team arrested WS suspects who were suspected of being methamphetamine couriers by AF and SM orders. From the recognition of the three, it is known that the goods came from a house on Thursday (October 10, 2019).

"The three people are two residents of Balik Alam initials AC aka Botak (23) and initials AZ (24), while another person is West Duri Resident initials A (28)," said AKP Syahrizal Narcotics Headquarters, Sunday 13 October 2019.

Kasat continued, from the hands of the AC, evidence was found in the form of four narcotics packages suspected to be crystal meth,, two digital scales, one pirex glass allegedly containing meth, one suction device above the house. In addition, the team also confiscated Rp. 1,250,000 from the AC hand along with one unit of iPhone type from the AC pants pocket.

"After searching the AC, the team then searched another suspect, AZ. From AZ's hand, a Xiaomi brand cellphone was found in the AZ bag. While from the last suspect A, a white Samsung brand cellphone was found by the suspect's hand," he said.

"All evidence and suspects were taken to Bengkalis Police Station for further investigation," he said.

For the manytimes Bengkalis Police again revealed a type of methamphetamine drug network in Duri, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The arrest was made by his party at two different crime scenes in Duri, namely in Babussalam and West Duri.
