BENGKALIS - Kelapapati Village, Bengkalis District, which has up to three hamlets. The plan is to expand and have already gone through various stages.

This was said by the Head of the division of Kelapapati Village, H. Mustafa Alwi, accompanied by the Committee's Secretary, Drs.H. Syafri Monday, October 14, 2019 when he came to the Bengkalis District Community Empowerment and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) office at that time to deliver the proposal file for pemekaran.

"Yes today we are delivering the Kelapapati Village expansion documents to DPMD, and thank God we were received by the Head of the Village Government Division," Mustafa Alwi told reporters.

Mustafa explained that the expansion of Kelapapati Village will be proposed into three villages including the main village, namely Kelapapati Village as the Main Village, Kelapapati Timur Village and Kelapapati Selatan Village based on the existing map, Kelapapati Village of three hamlets.

"We propose to be three villages and Alhamdulillah the requirements for pemekaran are complete, it's just that the proposal from the agency to us related to the Village Office to be expanded, this year the village to be divided must have the land where the office is being built, yes we accept the proposal and we currently have prepared it, because in Kelapapati Village there are still a lot of vacant land owned by the Government and existing village assets," he said again.

Alwi also hopes that the process of expansion run well and ask for prayers to the community so that the implementation of the division can be realized.

While Head of the Village Administration Section Head of Bengkalis DPMD Rinaldi Eka Putra confirmed that the village of Kelapapati had submitted the pemekaran requirements today.

"It is true that today we have just received the proposal file for the expansion of the Kelapapati Village, and if the requirements are seen from the naked eye it is complete, but for more details we will check them later," said Rinaldi.

The Head of the Village Administration again mentioned the proposal for the division of villages in Bengkalis Regency. He accepted that there were already 10 villages and all of the 10 villages had submitted proposal requirements.

"We only convey the message to the villages that will be divided to immediately prepare the land so that later when it has been approved by the Minister of the Interior (Minister of Home Affairs) it is not constrained, because to buy the land does not burden the regional budget," concluded Rinaldi Eka Putra.
