Hundreds of cellphone smuggles were secured by Bengkalis Police Resort Secretariat from two suspects, Jhonny alias Acong (31), a resident of Jalan Ir. Juanda, Sago Subdistrict, Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City and Suhendra alias Widik (24) residents of Jalan Dipenogoro Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau.

The alleged crime of Trade is also referred to in the formulation in Article 104 of Law No.7 of 2014 concerning Trade and or Article 8 paragraph 1 letters a and j of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and or Article 52 of Law No. 36 of 1999 concerning Telecommunications.

"This evidence was secured at the house of the perpetrator Suhendra alias Widik at 14.30 WIB yesterday precisely at Jalan Ponegoro Gang Segar, Bengkalis," said the police chief again.
