According to Tuti Malano, a resident of Bandar Lampung, the death body was found near her sister's shop. When being found, the man was wearing a green sarong and a black hooded gray jacket. My voice could not come out because I had a wet lung disease and this was in healing process," Arnold said in his letter.

Tuti Malano, who is also one of the administrators of Lampung Gebu Minang, said that if there were no families who took the death body, she would have buried him. "As of this afternoon there is no information of the death body's family. Bundo Kanduang Chairman Mero Bundo asked the death body to be buried. Now the Gebu Minang caretaker goes to the hospital, to take care of his funeral," said Tuti Malano.
