KUANSING- Heavy rain that occurred since a few days ago, caused the Batang Kuantan River Water to overflow and soak people's homes and agricultural land.

The increase in Batang Kuantan River water discharge occurred from Sunday (12/12) afternoon until Tuesday (10/12) morning, which resulted in hundreds of houses and agricultural land being flooded, such as in Pangean District to Cerenti.

Whereas on Monday (9/12) night until Tuesday (12/10) morning, tens of residents' houses and hundreds of agricultural lands were also flooded in Kuantan Mudik District.

As a result of this flood, residents have to pack lumus to save their belongings, because dozens of houses in several villages such as Sangau Village, Banjar Padang, Aur Duri, Kinali, Across the Beach are flooded.
