Reviewing Flood Victims, Regent of Kampar Asks Related Offices to Maximally Serve the Community

News24xx.com - The Regent of Kampar, Catur Sugeng Susanto asked the relevant agencies to give maximum service to the people affected by the floods, especially those in refugee camps.

This was conveyed by the Kampar Regent when visiting two sub-districts in the flood-hit Kampar District, namely Kampa District and Kampar Utara District, Saturday, December 14, 2019.

"Serve as much as possible until the people return to their homes, both consumption, health and refugee tents," he said.

On that occasion, the Kampar Regent also provided relief supplies to flood victims, including baby equipment, blankets and medicines.

He also appealed to people who live around the riverbanks to stay alert, if possible in order to find a safe location from flooding.

"We advised the public to be on guard against flooding, now the weather is uncertain and the rainfall is quite high," he concluded.
