KUANSING- Hearing of Kuansing Council between Commission III and Kuansing Regency Government, took place on Monday (1/13) in the Kuansing Council Commission III Meeting Room. The hearing was chaired by Council Commission III Chairperson Romi Alfisah Putra SE, who was attended by Deputy Chairperson of Kuansing Parliament, Juprizal, SE MSi, along with members of Commission H. Suprigianto, H. Darmizar, H. Sutoyo, Jonson Sihombing, Hisron.

While from Kuansing Regency Government, it was attended by the Head of BPKAD Hendra, AP. M.Si and Kabid, Plt. Head of PUPR Service Ade Fahrel, ST and Kabid, Director of RSUD Dr. M. Irvan Husin and Kabid, Kadis Pora Jupirman, S.Pd and Kabid Acting Kadis Perkim Drs. Ridwan Amir, as well as a number of Kabag within the Regional Secretariat.

This hearing was to ask for clarity on the number of projects that were delayed, as well as some activities that were not completed in 2019, making Commission III of the Kuansing DPRD take a stand. "In order to get a full explanation, we were forced to hold a hearing with the relevant OPD," said Chairman of Commission III of the Council Kuansing Romi Alfisah Putra SE.

Regarding this matter, Head of BPKAD Kuansing Hendra AP MSi explained, If the postponement of payment is due to the delay in administration of the contractor. "Nevertheless, it is hoped that the postponement of payment can be completed without waiting for the APBD Amendment, and now it is in the middle of being monitored and regulations and legal basis for its payments are prepared," explained Hendra.

"While related to a number of projects that were stalled and were not completed in 2019, Commission III recommended that the OPD be involved in carrying out extra supervision, such as the Teluk Kuantan Hospital project," he explained.
