Improving Office Performance Through E-Goverment Implementation, Irwan Regent Meet Menpan-RB

The Government of the Provincial District of Meranti in this regard Regent Drs. H. Irwan M.Si is committed to improving the performance of officials in the Government of the Meranti Islands Government especially in the field of Public service through the implementation of E-Goverment. In order for that to work to a maximum of Regents Irwan immediately held a meeting with the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment (Menpan) Tjahjo Kumolo in Jakarta on Friday (17/1/2020).

To the Minister of Justice, the Regent of Irwan reported and consulted on a number of issues, especially regarding government agency performance accountability system (SAKIP) documents prepared and implemented by the OPD in the Regency of Meranti.

From a report submitted by the Regent of Irwan it was revealed that several OPDs in the Regency of Meranti have not followed the steps taken by the PAN-RB Ministry, one of the integrating applications of the E-Program into E-Planing which should be followed immediately.

"It is important for the OPD to accelerate the work of our SAKIP documents. The security of EKPK also continues to monitor the quality of e-quality through the evaluation of SAKIP documents," said Regent Irwan after the meeting.

During the discussion Menpan Tjahjo Kumolo advised the Regent to revisit all the goals set. "Menpan also asked us to make a rigorous assessment of OPD's head performance," he added.

Furthermore, the Regent of Irwan is very hopeful this year the value of SAKIP Meranti will be better than the previous year. In order for this to happen, the Registrar of Irwan said he would evaluate the officials in the OPD environment whose values ??are not improving.

"From the SAKIP document we can evaluate the ability and quality of the OPD's performance. The SAKIP document is an integration of the planning, budgeting and performance reporting systems. It needs to be in line with the financial accountability system," he explained.
