Another TKI Speedboat Victim Drowned in Bengkalis Northern Bengkalis Waters Found

News24xx.com -  One speedboat victim drowned in the waters of North Rupat, Bengkalis who took migrant workers to Malaysia illegally, was found again.

Bengkalis Police Chief, AKBP Sigit Adiwuryanto said the victims found on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at around 13.30 WIb, were female. "At this time the victim's body was taken to the Puskesmas," he said.

Sigit said, the corpse of a drowned speedboat victim was found in the middle of the waters of North Rupat waters. "And currently the search for other victims is still being carried out," he said.

As is known, around 20 illegal migrant workers reportedly drowned in the waters of North Rupat, Bengkalis Regency, due to the speedboat that was boarded by the waves when heading for Malaysia.

All the victims of migrant workers are known to leave for Malaysia through the waters of North Rupat, on January 21, 2020 last night, at 21:30 WIB.

The sinking of the speed boat was allegedly leaked and hit by the waves and strong winds and then sank.
