PEKANBARU- Nono Patria Pratama was finally elected by acclamation as Chair of the 1957 Kosgoro PDK Riau Province in Musda III Kosgoro PDK 1957. A total of 15 voters in the Musda expressed unanimous support for Nono who now serves as Deputy Chairperson of the Legislative ofRokan Hulu Regency .

Musda III Kosgoro PDK 1957 which carries the theme 'Consolidation for the real work of Kosgoro 1957' was opened by the Chairman of the 1957 Kosgoro PPK, Dr. HR Agung Laksono. Musda took place at the Hotel Arya Duta Pekanbaru on Saturday (1/25/2020) night.

The opening of Musda III PDK Kosgoro 1957 in Riau Province was attended by the Chairman of the Riau Province DPRD Indra Gunawan Eet and Assistant I of the Setdaprov Riau Ahmadsyah Harrofie who represented the Governor of Riau and the Chairman of DPD I Riau Golkar Party, represented by H Masnur.

Also attending were representatives of Dandrem Wirabima, Pekanbaru Mayor and Pekanbaru Police Chief. Also present was the Chairman of the 1957 Kosgoro PDK Advisory Board in Riau Province, HM Haris.

Agung Laksono at the opening of the Musda revealed that the 1957 Kosgoro organization must continue to spin, because it is important to increase the strength of the Golkar Party.

"Besides being nicknamed Bumi Lancang Kuning, Riau is also the land of Kosgoro 1957. This is a challenge as well as an opportunity. And there is no harm as long as for the welfare of the people. Agung also stated that he hoped the results of the Golkar Party vote would increase in the coming elections. "We are targeting more than 20 percent of our upcoming elections. And that we have ever achieved," said Agung Laksono.

Agung Laksono also stressed, if there was a proposal from the 1957 Riau PDR Kosgoro to submit to the 1957 Kosgoro PPK that the Golkar Party would fight for in the realm of practical politics.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for Musda III PDK Kosgoro 1957 Riau Province Edwin Syarif in his report stated that Musda was attended by participants from 12 regencies and cities in Riau.

Meanwhile, Acting Chair of PDK Kosgoro 1957 in Riau Province Yul Hendri in his speech said that Musda was the highest forum for decision making and determining work programs going forward.

Yul Hendri said that his party hoped that Musda could spawn real programs in various fields, ranging from agriculture, fisheries to preparing workers to realize the Tri Dharma Kosgoro.
