News24xx.com - Tembilahan-Deputy Regent of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil), Riau, Syamsuddin Uti suddenly made a mockery at a number of markets in Tembilahan, such as the Fountain Market, the Floating Market and the People's Market located on Jalan Yos Sudarso Tembilahan, Thursday (13 February 2020).

On his arrival, Vice Regent Inhil greeted the traders and listened to the complaints conveyed by the traders to him.

"The purpose of this review is to listen to the voices of traders, and convey a plan about rearranging the market for the beauty and comfort of the city," explained the Vice Regent.

From the results of this review, the Vice Regent said that he found many complaints felt by the traders, because there were too many inadequate levies.

"If the numbers are calculated too high, and this February all contracts have expired. And we will immediately evaluate this," he said.

He admitted that he was very upset with the fees made by the management to the traders in the Fountain Field, which actually belonged to the Inhil Regency Government.

"This field is owned by the regency government, then is contracted to the first party, then the first party contracts to the second party, then the second party contracts again to the traders. This link must be evaluated so that the rent paid by the trader is not too large and burdens the traders", continued Vice Regent.

The Vice Regent also stressed that he would soon hold meetings with relevant parties and build better stalls for traders.

"There is daily money, monthly money, roaming money as well as 1 year. Then there is more clean money, lots of money of all kinds if you count it up to almost IDR 7 million. The traders are really poor. For that Insha Allah in the near future the Inhil Regency will take over, "stressed SU.
