The 2020 Governor Cup between Persebaya Surabaya vs Arema Malang at Supriyadi Stadium in Blitar City, Tuesday (18 Februari 2020) was marked by clashes between supporters.

As many as 10 motorbikes were targeted when the clashes broke out.

Not only that, the clashes that took place along Jalan Brantas also damaged a car belonging to a citizen who was parked in front of the house at a fork in the red light at Jalan Kapuas, Kauman Village, Blitar City.

According to the eyewitness, the clash began with a group of Aremania, supporters of Arema from the west pushed toward the east in front of Sumber Udel tourism which became a crowd of Bonekmania, supporters of Persebaya.

Based on the observation of TIMES Indonesia, the two supporters threw stones at each other. Not only that, bamboo and wood are also their weapons.

In the clash, the number of the two unequal supporters of Aremania was only around 50 people. While the mass of Bonek reached thousands.

An Aremania even suffered a broken leg in the clash. The health worker, assisted by the police, then took the victim to the hospital.

Until this morning, Bonekmania continued to arrive from the west towards Supriyadi Stadium.
