This molestation was revealed when one of the residents came to the suspect's parents' house on Thursday (13 February 2020).

The resident then told what the suspect had done to the victim.

Then the suspect's father confirmed the news to his son. Could not run away from the father's serious questions, the victim also admitted.

"At that time the suspect's father came to the victim's parents' house. The victim's father was then told, so that made (the victim's father) shocked and fainted," explained Budi.

Armed with the story, the victim's father then reports to the nearest police station until the perpetrator is secured and taken to the police station to take responsibility for his actions.

The suspect was charged with article 81 Jo article 76 of RI Law number 17/2016 stipulation of Government Regulation number 1/2016 concerning the second amendment of RI Law number 23/2016 concerning child protection with a maximum criminal threat of 15 years in prison.
