Mango
Mango has high sugar content. Every 100 grams of mango flesh has a sugar content of about 14 grams, which can worsen the blood sugar balance.

Sawo
Every 100 grams of sapodilla contains 7 grams of sugar. Besides sugar, brown has high carbohydrate levels and can be very dangerous for diabetics.
Grape
The fruit, which is rich in fiber, vitamins, and other important nutrients, turns out to contain 15 grams of carbohydrates in every 85 grams.
Dried apricots
Diabetics should avoid dry apricots. In 1 bowl of fresh apricots contains 74 calories and 14.5 grams of natural sugar.

Prunes or dried prunes
Dry prun has a very high GI value of 103, while fresh plums contain 24 grams of carbohydrates in a quarter bowl serving.
Pineapple

Srikaya
