The signs of doom have actually appeared in Makkah.

1. The mountains in Makkah start to potholes

The Prophet also explained that the apocalypse would occur if the mountains in Makkah had holes. This is certainly difficult to understand by the community during the life of the Prophet. But it turns out it's happening right now.

2. Buildings that exceed the height of the mountain

Prophet Muhammad SAW said that one of the signs that the end is near is when in many buildings that exceed the height of the mountain.

Ibn Shayibah narrated his sanad to Ya'la ibn Atha 'from his father, he said: one day, I led the camel strap of Abdullah ibn Amr, and he said:

"If you have seen the great excavations in Makkah, and the buildings towering above the mountains, then know that the Hour is approaching you. (Narrated by Ibn Abi Syaibah and al-Arzaqi)
