News24xx.com - Until now there are 4 patients suspect corona virus when being treated in the isolation room of Bengkalis Regional Hospital. All four were categorized as Patients Under Supervision (PDP) who were treated in two hospitals, 3 in Bengkalis Regional Hospital and one patient treated in Mandau Regional Hospital.

For patients treated at Bengkalis District General Hospital, among others, referral patients at the 19-year-old Siak Kecil Health Center on March 19 yesterday. The patient had already taken a swab sample and sent it to the Ministry of Health laboratory.

Then one pediatric patient aged two years and seven months who entered since three days ago, is currently still being treated at Bengkalis District Hospital. Swab samples from these patients have also been sent to the Ministry of Health laboratory to find out the results.

In addition to these two patients, the day the Bengkalis Regional Hospital returned to receive one suspect corona patient and conducted surveillance in an isolation room. This patient is female with complaints of fever, sore throat and cough since 16 March.

"This patient has a history of a trip to Malaysia on March 15, 2020. One day in Malaysia this patient has a fever," said Head of Disease Control and Prevention (P2P) Swelling Disease, Alwizar, Saturday, March 21, 2020.

Alwizar stated, this patient returned to Indonesia on March 18 yesterday and was only referred earlier to Bengkalis District Hospital. "Because we had contact with his family, we also applied people in monitoring his family," said Alwizar.

Meanwhile, one PDP was also found in the Mandau District Hospital of a 46-year-old woman. This patient entered Mandau Regional Hospital since March 18 last.

"The Swab sample has been carried out and sent the sample to the Ministry of Health laboratory. This patient does not have a history of going abroad, but just returned from a neighboring province, because the results of the medical examination yesterday requires Mandau Hospital to put patients into PDP," he said.
