DPRD PKB Faction Inhil Agrees to Cut the Salary for Recovery Covid-19

Inhil-Member of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of Indragiri Hilir Regency (Inhil), Riau from the Kebangkita Bangsa Party (PKB) Faction agreed to make salary deductions to help counter the spread of COVID-19 or Corona.

As stated by Chairman of DPC PKB Inhil, Dani M Nursalam, when symbolically handed over the sterilization booth at the Inhil PKB office, Friday (03 April 2020).

"All of these costs are purely from the salaries of DPRD Inhil members from PKB," Dani said.

It was said by the Chair of the Inhil Regional Legislative Council for the 2014-2019 period, the initial stage of PKB Inhil made 25 sterilization booths that would be placed in public and vulnerable places such as ports.

"We made 25, 10 for Inhil and 15 for DPW for other districts in Riau," Dani explained.

In addition to donating a sterilization booth, PKB Inhil also distributed 10 thousand bars of soap to wash hands to the poor, 700 liters disinfectants, tens of liters of detol and 25 disinfectant sprayers.

In addition, PKB Inhil also conducted actions such as spraying disinfectants in public facilities, houses of worship and residential areas.
