Raped a man and do an oral sex, a woman from the US is fined until thousand dollar

News24xx.com -  Lestina Marie Smith, an 18-year-old girl from Michigan, United States (US) is required to pay USD1.000 to a man, 19 years that she had raped before.

The judge also decided Smith had to serve a sentence in jail for 313 days.

Reported by Sindonews, the sentence for 313 day was read out on Tuesday, November 22, 2017 by Michigan Curcuit Court with the judge, Andre R. Borrello.

Previously, Smith was also listed as a sex-mad woman.

In fact, Smith could be subject to more severe sanctions ie prison for 15 years. However, because the perpetrator feels guilty and a letter from the victim requesting that Smith not be imprisoned, eventually she just imprisoned 313 days.

And the sentence has been served, in the near future, Smith will be free but she must paying USD1.000 to the victim.

Smith's lawyer, James F. Gust, welcomed the verdict.

"She never appeared as a threat to society," said James, as reported by the IB Times.

For information, initially Smith was threatened with first-degree criminal punishment, and threatened to jail for the rest of her life.

Then at the hearing on September 13 2017, Smith pleaded guilty. And a letter from the victim, making Smith get leniency.

The incident started on January 11, 2017 where Smith attacked the victim in Saingaw, Michigan. Smith then pointed a knife and asked the victim to have oral sex and then intercourse with her while being recorded on Smith's mobile phone.
