Ten participants of Indonesian Next 2017 getting a short course at San Francisco University

News24xx.com - Ten students were selected to be the best national participants after going through various stages of selection involving more than 11,000 participants from all over Indonesia. The winners received short courses at colleges and some prominent technology companies in San Francisco, United States. The event was held by Telkomsel in IndonesiaNext2017.

Ten best participants of IndonesiaNEXT 2017, namely Alexander Tianara, Angela Belinda Cecilia, Aulia Dewi, Azmil Ihsan, Cosmas Sakristiandio, Fathia Nisa, Fatimah Sirin, Nur Awalia Syahri Ramadhani, Rahmat Hidayat Syahputra, and Rahmat Ramdhani.

Telkomsel's Human Capital Management Director, Irfan A. Tachrir said, "Congratulations to the winners who have proved themselves to be the best in IndonesiaNEXT. Through IndonesiaNEXT, we hope that teen of Indonesians will be able to inspire the environment, as well as improve their skills and competence of millennials to compete globally. "

The best national participants of IndonesiaNEXT have previously been through several selections, ranging from training and testing capabilities using presentation applications and certified design, public communication skills, to soft and hard skills training.

The qualifying round which took place from October to November 2017 then in the six cities that resulted in the top 30 national participants.

In the final stage of the national qualification which took place in mid-January 2018 in Jakarta, the participants followed a series of bootcamp activities that tested the ability to present the idea thoroughly before the jury.

The test judges are Adita Irawati (VP Corporate Communications Telkomsel), Doni Andriansyah (VP Financial & Planning Analysis Telkomsel), Handry Satriago (CEO of General Electric Indonesia), Kemal Effendi Gani (Group Chief Editor SWA Magazine), Erwien Parengkuan (Fouder TALKinc) and Rika Indra Oktaviani (VP of Marketing Go-Jek).

In addition ten best national participants who will travel to San Francisco, 20 other participants also have the opportunity to gain knowledge at several companies in Singapore.

IndonesiaNEXT is Telkomsel's flagship CSR program in the form of certification aimed at increasing capacity and preparing students' skills in the face of more competitive global competition. With the theme of"Get Ready to Be The Next".

This program is presented to meet the competitive needs in an increasingly competitive professional world, where the certification is one of the students' capital when entering the world of work.

IndonesiaNEXT 2017 is filled with a series of seminars that provide inspiration for students, competence training, and closed with national and international certification examination programs.
