On weekend, the price of chicken meat and red chilli in Pekanbaru is risen

News24xx.com -  The prices of chicken meat in traditional market of Pekanbaru, Riau Province back up. Whereas the day before, the price of chicken meat had decrease until IDR 2 thousand for one kg on Saturday, January 20, 2018.

This is justified by Head of Industry and Trade (Disperindag) Pekanbaru, Ingot Ahmad Hutasuhut.

"Today the observation of chicken meat is still expensive, rose to IDR 27 thousand from the previous price of IDR 26 thousand per kg," he said.

Not only chicken meat, red chilli prices also rose again. The price of red chili from Bukit Tinggi be IDR 54 thousand, whereas previously only is IDR 50 thousand per kg. And the price of red pepper from Medan and Java be IDR 44 thousand per kg, from the previous is IDR 42 thousand per kg.

While the price of cayenne still survive at the highest price ie IDR 70 thousand per kg. While the price of beef is IDR 120 thousand per kg and the price of chicken eggs is IDR 1.500 per grain.

Ingot said the price of basic foods will usually be stable again at the beginning of the week.

"Because the supply from the center will arrive at the beginning of the week, so the stock is abundant and the price will go down, but now, the stock is still limited," he said.
