News24xx.com -  A number of residents were complained about the difficulties in getting the Electronic Identity Card (KTP) or E-KTP at the Population and Civil Registry Office (Disdukcapil) Bengkalis regency, Riau Province.

And the reasons from the Disdukcapil employees are vary, such the form for electronic ID card is empty, the printing ink has run out or the printing machine have problems.

One resident of Bengkalis, Amal, said to make an electronic ID card in Disdukcapil Bengkalis Regency is very difficult, complicated and long.

"They have many reason. Such as the form for electronic ID card is empty, the printing ink has run out, the printing press is broken, the funds have not been liquid and many more." said Amal on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.

"While the journey from our home is very far and we must sacrificed our time and money. But, when we arrived here, the employee at the Population and Civil Registry Office says that they can not to make the Electronic Identity Card, " he added.

He could not believe it.

"Just to have E-ID is very complicated. I could not believe this".

When confirmed to the Head of Population and Civil Registry Office Bengkalis Regency, Renaldi, acknowledged that for a while, printing of ID cards was stopped after the condition will return to normal.

Renaldi acknowledges that the ink to print E-ID cards is empty and the e-ID card printing queue is quite a lot.

He said printing activity is dependent on the availability of the form.

"For 2018, the realization of the budget for E-ID has not been there," explained Renaldi.

Meanwhile, related to the complaints of residents who come to the Population and Civil Registry Office Bengkalis, he hopes to the community to seek information first to the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) nearby.
