Department of Public Works and Housing of Bengkalis will make auction project at the end of the month

News24xx.com -  There is good news for contractors. There is an auction of a project that you better get ready for.

The Department of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) of Bengkalis District, Riau Province will auction their project of Regional Income and Expenditure Budget (APBD) 2018, at the end of March.

“We have started preparing the documents that will be auctioned. We will accept any offer until the end of March or the end of April 2018,” PUPR’s task executor, Tajul Mudaris said, Friday March 2 2018.

He said that the General Procurement Plan (RUP) has been prepared and would be given to Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) or to each work team.

“For the first step, we have prepared the auctioned document and RUP. Soon it will be given to LPSE or the work teams,” Tajul said.

Tajul said that PUPR Department had a target for the auction. “Our target is to auction this by the end of this month or the end of next month,” he added.

When asked about delay pay in PUPR Department, Tajul said the Decision Letter (SK) of The Power of Budget Users (KPA) and Technical Activities Executing Officials (PPTK) had been issued, so there would not be any problem regarding administration.

“Last night, the process of delay pay can already be done. For PUPR, it is around IDR 179 billion,” he said.

Tajul also told the stakeholders in PUPR Department to do their work as best as they can, because the project was about to be auctioned and whoever third party got it later had to do it well. It was for the benefits of the civilians.
