1. Carbohydrates diet
It's difficult to remove carbohydrates on your food. While there is plenty of evidence on low-carb, low-fat and high-fat diets having an impact on weight, but it also have a bad impact for body.

Instead, if you want to focus on one macronutrient, you also need carbs, fats and proteins. 

 

2. Protein diet
Protein is important, so you must getting enough of protein because it fills you up, and helps to build muscle.

While meat usually takes center stage to involving quality protein, there are plenty of other sources like fatty fish, eggs, tofu, beans and legumes that can fulfill your protein desires as well.


3. You give up gluten 
A study by the American Heart Association in 2017 found individuals who limited gluten were more likely to develop type 2 diabetes.

If you want to go gluten-free, see your physician or dietitian first, get tested, and then do it right by eating real gluten-free foods, not gluten-free products.

4. Eat kale
