Bruno Mars threw a towel to audience in annoyance, but it was mistaken as a gift

News24xx.com - One of the reasons why we have to learn English is that so we will not embarrass ourselves during public events like a concert. If we learn English, we will understand what is being said by foreign people during the event. There is one incident that prove that knowing English is important.

It happened when Bruno Mars was having a concert in Saitama Super Arena, in Japan, mid April. A fan was ecstatic for getting the towel that Bruno himself threw from the stage. However, the funny thing is that he did not throw it to give it, but he threw it in annoyance because the fan kept being preoccupied with her smartphone during the concert.

The fan, who turned out to be a quite popular model in Japan, loved to take selfie and update her instagram account during the concert. When Bruno threw the towel at her, she even updated it quickly, recording it, and put it with the caption “OMG!!! I GOT THIS!!!!”

Before the concert, Bruno Mars had told the audience to enjoy the performance fully and to put away their cameras, or gadgets for that matter. Unfortunately, it seemed that some of the fans did not understand English, including the model who claimed to get the towel he threw in annoyance at her.

This incident became viral in Japanese Youtube and the fan/model got critics from netizens. Hopefully, it will teach the fan and all of us that not every thing has to be included in Instagram Stories.
