Israel builds a protector at the airport to prevent the missile networks

The anti-missile infrastructure is a twenty-five-kilometer (21-mile) long fence stretching along the Israeli-Jordanian border.

The construction of the fence also borders with Egypt as well as to prevent terrorist groups and migrants crossing the Israeli border illegally.

The new airport, located about 19 kilometers (11 miles) north of Eilat, is expected to start operating by the end of 2018 or early 2019. In addition, the construction of the airport is also used to attract tourists to visit Israel.
