These are how to keep focus during fasting

News24xx.com - School students will be given tests from time to time. They have to face no matter what the circumstance is, even when they are fasting. It can be quite hard in Ramadhan month to stay focus. For that, you have to do these things.

1.       Do not stay up all night

Staying up all night is really not recommended because it can only make you tired in the morning. Although you stay up to study, it is still not good for your health. It is better if your sleep early and continue to study after sahur.

2.       Consume fibers and proteins

When facing a test during fasting month, you have to be fit and in prime condition. Therefore, you have to keep yourself healthy. You have to consume foods that contain fibers and proteins. Eat vegetables and fruits during sahur and drink much water as well to prevent dehydration.

3.       Study after praying Subuh

Usually, after praying Subuh, you will fall asleep again. It is better for you to study instead after Subuh, if you are facing a test that day. Studying in the morning is more effective than at night.

4.       Go home and rest

After school, some students will play with their friends before going home. If you are facing a test the next day, you should go home earlier and rest. If your friends invite you out, you better refuse when you will face a test. Use your time to rest and study.
