News24xx.com - Facebook celebrated the 100-year-old anniversary of Nelson Mandela, the former South African President by displaying illustrations in its application.

As soon as the user opens up the mobile version, the main page will show a short biography of Mandela. The figure of Mandela is famous for the advocates of human rights justice and the freedom of the colored folk of his time.

The top view of News Feed is a tribute to Nelson Mandela, invites people to follow his footsteps by taking action, inspiring change and making a difference in their community. Mandela's inspirational figure makes his trail followed and admired by many people. Mandela has died in 2013. In line with the celebration of 100 years of Mandela's age, Facebook also partnered with Mandela Archives and the Nelson Mandela Foundation to honor Mandela's heritage through the extensive preservation and digitization of the Mandela Archives.

The preservation is done by holding an Annual Lecture with Former US President, Barack Obama, will deliver Mandela Annual Lecture in Johannesburg. This year, Facebook supports the Foundation with FB live streaming for the lecture.
