There is a lot of fast food, fatty foods in their diet,” the specialist said.
Antioxidants are found in large quantities in fresh vegetables and fruits – she said – so you should constantly include them in your diet in the summer.
However, an overabundance of antioxidants is also possible, and therefore it is very important to maintain a balance since the presence of a certain amount of free radicals is important for the state of immunity.
“If there are no free radicals, there will be an excess of antioxidants and the immune system will not fulfill its direct function” the doctor explained.
The most useful products for effective remote work are also named. Since the main problems for remote workers are associated with loss of concentration and increased nervousness, the main recommendation of a doctor is to eat berries, in particular – raspberries.
