Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden has rejected calls for him not to argue with President Donald Trump in a formal debate.
“I will argue with him, I will be a fact-checker on the stage while debating,” Biden said on Thursday when interviewed by MSNBC.
The former vice president added, “I think everyone knows this person has a pathological tendency to be dishonest.”
Trump and Biden are scheduled to face off at three debate events, September 29, Oktober 15, and October 22.
Biden made the statement not long after the Speaker of the DPR, Nancy Pelosi said that this year’s presidential candidate debate did not need to be held.
While there are only 67 days left until the presidential election, Democrats continue to attack Trump over his administration’s response to the coronavirus pandemic, which has killed 180,000 people in the US.
The number of deaths from Covid-19 in the US is the largest in the world.
In a speech that was loudest from the opposition, Joe Biden’s running mate, Senator Kamala Harris of California, said that while the threat of the virus was getting bigger, Donald Trump was sitting there. It was a disastrous decision.
Tidak hanya itu, but Harris also loudly said, but Trump also failed miserably to carry out the most basic task of a President, namely protecting the American people.
