After many people have complained about Frontier Airlines, include a lack of refunds for coronavirus-canceled flights, makes the Colorado Attorney General has requested a federal investigation.
According to a letter that Attorney General Phil Weiser sent to U.S. Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao on Tuesday, “The alleged pandemic practices involved an error-prone website that made it impossible to rebook using vouchers.”

Chao asked to the U.S. Department of Transportation to examine Frontier’s flight change policies and customer service practices.
