The researchers assessed the quality of marriage as well as looked for stress, depression, kegelisahan, wellbeing, sleep quality to better understand their mental health.
Hasilnya, researchers found that individuals with a good relationship scored better than those who had an unhappy relationship. And being single is better than being in an unhappy relationship.
But the researchers found, the individual getting depression symptoms because the relationship quality dropped. Good relationship quality was a protective factor whereas a poor relationship quality was a risk factor.
