The Siak Regency Government is committed to continuously improving the best service quality for the Siak people. To support this, the Regent of Siak Alfedri wants to build a Public Service Mall (MPP) so that later all Siak services will be one door and integrated.
“We want to build a public service mall in Siak, which means that all services in Siak district are all integrated into one office. Even if you want to make a SIM, passport, or services from the Ministry of Religion, all are in one office, Kata Alfedri.
He has asked the relevant agencies to coordinate and prepare cooperation with various parties, as a basis for building a public service mall.
“With the MPP, services will be easier, faster, more comfortable and certain,” dia berkata.
This desire was conveyed when he chaired a meeting with the Regional Secretary and heads of regional apparatus organizations (OPD) and the head of the Siak Regency district in the meeting room of Raja Indra Pahlawan, the Siak Regent’s Office.
Another issue discussed at the meeting was how to realize the people’s desire to make ID cards and family cards in the sub-districts only.
“So later, the Population UPTD staff who take care of KTP and KK services in each sub-district will be assisted by sub-district staff,” dia menjelaskan.
Therefore Alfedri asked the Department of Population to prepare everything, such as the procurement of ID card recording equipment and printing machines, which are budgeted for in 2021.
Next he asked all meeting participants to speed up the work program targets.
Like evaluating the performance accountability report of government agencies (Lakip), which was originally raised to BB. Because according to him, if the Lakip score does not increase, the performance of the district government is considered inefficient. This is due to several activities that are not directly related to the achievement of the regional vision and mission.
Then in order to grow the economy and move the people’s economy, he hopes to grow a thousand MSMEs per year in Siak district. Menurut dia, the development of micro, small and medium enterprises must be prioritized.
“To encourage the growth of these businesses, village funds can be used through their superior products,” kata Alfedri. (Adv)
