This Hong Kong man accused of sexually harassing an Indonesian domestic helper


IllustrationIllustration - A Hong Kong man named Tsang Wai-sun (55) was accused of sexually harassing his Indonesian domestic helper. He claimed that she had seduced her by touching his genitals, hinting that she wanted to have sex with him.

The incident happened in the kitchen of Tsang’s home, on December 20th, 2017. Tsang is charged for rape and assault. But his account of the incidents contrasted with the helper’s.

The Indonesian woman, referred to as X to protect her identity, claimed that Tsang had forced her to have sex with him when she was washing the dishes. On the other hand, Tsang said that she was the one who made advances toward him forcing him to give in. He just played along with her.

In other incident, she claimed that he had raped her in her rooms. But he claimed that he went to her room to ask about the scratches he found on his daughter. He said that she admitted that she was the one who did it and begged him not to fire her. Other times, he called her to his room to show her household chores that were not done properly.
