Consuming bread for breakfast can increase the risk of breast cancer

Renowned nutritionists who have written several health books confirm that from existing data, as many as 80 percent of people with breast cancer have a habit of eating bread at breakfast.

He further explained the reason why bread became one of the triggers of cancer cells. According to Hideo, bread currently contains a lot of oil and sugar. If consumed excessively and continuously, these food substances become a burden to the body.

The combination of starch, oil and sugar in bread become so addictive and has high fat substance. Addiction to these foods causes 'stress eating' because the body drinks too much fatty food. In addition, the brain also constantly sends signals to eat unhealthy food. If allowed to continue, consumption of bread every day will increase the risk of obesity which affects the appearance of breast cancer.

As a solution, Hideo suggested choosing a healthier breakfast menu. The choices are many, ranging from fruits, eggs or rice with balanced dishes. Even if you want to eat bread, try to eat wheat bread that is high in fiber with less oil and sugar content. You can also eat small amounts of bread with less frequent breaks.
