Instead of doing her treatment for the cancer she suffered, this woman chose to spend her last time to travel around the world

News24xx.com - Bailey Jean Matheson who was diagnosed with cancer chose to stop her chemotherapy treatment. This Canadian woman prefers to explore various countries, ranging from Ireland to Saint Lucia instead of doing her treatment.

Quoted from Today, the 35-year-old woman was diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma cancer in January 2017, a rare cancer that attacks smooth muscle tissue. The doctor said that chemotherapy cannot kill her cancer. She then decided to enjoy the rest of her life by travelling around the world.

"My parents gave me the biggest gift to support my decision with not going through chemotherapy and just let me live the rest of my life as I believed it should be" Bailey wrote in her obituary.

"I know how difficult for them to see me stop doing treatment and let nature take the path" she continued. Unfortunately, Bailey had to give up on a rare cancer that spread on her body. On April 5th this year she died.
