Marvel wants Hugh Jackman to play the character Doctor Doom

News24xx.com - Doctor Doom is one of the greatest villains in Marvel comic. However, he has not been portrayed well in film.

Doctor Doom appeared in 2005’s Fantastic Four and 2007’s Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. It featured Victor Von Doom, played by Julian McMahon.

However, a report says that Doctor Doom will soon make an appearance in Marvel Cinematic Universe. But Marvel studios still try to figure out how to merge the plot of Fantastic Four into the MCU.

Before this, Marvel reportedly wanted Hugh Jackman to return as Wolverine. But it is said to be unlikely, so instead, the studio want him to play Doctor Doom.

It is still unclear whether or not the studio has asked Jackman formally or not and whether or not he will accept it. But if he really does play Doctor Doom, it will be interesting.
